Dear Erasmus Student,
A. Before arrival you are
requested to fıll in and send us by mail/fax
B. On your arrival you need to submit:
-
A certifıcate issued by
your home institution stating your status as an exchange
programme student.

This document should
mention the period of stay. (1 semester or 2 semesters)

A certifıcate of
registration at home institution or *copy of your
student card
-
Copy of your passport.
Insurance
-
A
certifıcate
of health insurance: European Insurance Card. In
absence of such a card you will need to be included in
an adequate insurance policy of Sakarya University (
33,04 euro/month)
-
A certifıcate issued by
your home institution for insurance of 'personal
accident cover' and 'third party liability' testifying
insurance on institutional grounds and during
institutional activities.

A certifıcate issued by an/your
insurance company for 'personal accident cover' in your
privatetime = travel insurance. In absence you
will need to be included in an adequate insurance policy
of the Sakarya University (35,95 euro /3 months - + 8,68
euro /each month)

A certifıcate issued
by an/your insurance company for insurance of 'third
party liability' in your privatetime. In the
absence of such a certifıcate you will need to be
included in an adequate insurance policy of the Sakarya
University (3,08 euro/month).
C. On departure:

Ask for a certificate
at the international office that you were an
exchange student at the Sakarya University

Make sure you have your
transcript of records
